At Lake Washington Foot and Ankle we strive to provide the utmost care to our patients. We make sure all your questions are answered and you as the patient are well-adept and educated on the treatment of your lower extremity condition(s)At your first visit be prepared to provide the following
- Referral for evaluation
- Any prior X-Rays or MRI workup done in the past
- Comprehensive medical history
Finally, if you currently use orthotics or have a complaint associated with a particular shoe, please bring that gear with you for us to better assist you at your first visit.
